Before you head out on an adventure, you should first ensure that you take everything needed so that your furry friend feels as comfortable as possible. Especially in the summer months, sun and heat present you with great challenges: heat accumulation and overheating are among your biggest enemies!

The Swamp Cooler™ Cooling Bandana from Ruffwear is a reversible cooling collar made of flexible spandex with UPF 50+, which provides refreshment and cooling directly at the neck even when on the go. The bandana is colored differently on each side, so you can dress your furry friend in two fashionable colors at once.

This pretty accessory with pleasant wearing comfort uses the Swamp Cooler™ technology developed by Ruffwear. It consists of three special layers, in which a wonderful long-lasting cooling effect is created through the evaporation of water.

The individual layers have the following functions:

• the soft fleece layer of the vest is comfortable and keeps your furry friend dry
• the middle layer stores the water
• the outer breathable layer facilitates the evaporation process

To achieve the best cooling effect, you must immerse the stretchy cooling bandana in water before putting it on your furry friend. As soon as the effect fades, you can simply wet the bandana again.

• Middle layer: Polyester fleece

Care:

• It is recommended to wash the cooling bandana in cold water. If you decide to wash the bandana in the washing machine, choose a gentle wash cycle and a mild detergent. The bandana must be air-dried!
